Core Conference

Registration for the 2026 Visual SciComm Conference is now open!

Register on Crowdcast to save your spot at our July 18 - 19, 2026 conference. All registrants who register by July 17, 2026 will also be automatically registered for our July 17 evening networking social event.

Registration fee:

GNSI members: $95 USD (via code)

Non-members: $125 USD

All registered participants will receive access to recordings of all conference presentations for 1 month after the event.

Workshops

Register here to grab your seat in any of our five workshops. Registration and pricing are separate from the core conference. Space is limited!

All registered participants will receive access to recordings.

Accessibility Grants

Accessibility grant applications are available to anyone for whom the full cost of registration at the core conference is a burden, including students, individuals experiencing financial hardship, and individuals who reside in countries with significantly weaker currencies. Each grant will cover 80% of the registration fee.
