Registration Policy

• All forms must include payment and be postmarked by May 5, 2025 to receive the Early Bird Registration Discount.
• Online Early Bird Registration Discount ends May 5, 2025.
• By registering for this conference, you acknowledge participation of your own free will and will not hold the GNSI, its Board of Directors, or its volunteers responsible for any personal injury to your life or limbs during this event.
  

GNSI Refund Policy:

Full Refund Policy: Registrations cancelled before June 1st are eligible for a 100% refund. At any time from registration opening date up to 15 days after the conference ends, attendees may request and receive a Full Refund for Dire Circumstances* except non-Refundables** (both outlined below).

50% Refund Policy: Registrations cancelled before June 21st are eligible for a 50% refund.
During Early Bird and Regular Registration attendees may request a 50% Refund for all circumstances other than Dire Circumstances* except Non-Refundables** (both outlined below).

Partial Refund Policy: After June 21st, partial refunds may be available, depending on commitments made to non-refundable activities and services other than Dire Circumstances* except Non-Refundables** (both outlined below).

No Refunds Policy: No refunds are given for registration and purchases after Regular Registration ends 1 month before the start of the conference except for Dire
Circumstances* outlined below.

*Dire Circumstances are:

• Injury, illness, death
• “Acts of God" or incidents of extreme weather (hurricanes, cyclones, wildfire, tornadoes, floods, earthquake, avalanche, tsunami)
• Acts of terrorism

• Membership Fees (new member or renewing member)
