2008 GNSI Summer Workshop



Travel/Transportation

Air Transportation.

Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is 50 min-I hr from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, MI (www.grr.org). Ground Transportation. Cars can be rented at the Grand Rapids International Airport, MI. Amtrak (www.amtrak.com, 800-872-7245) provides regular service to and from Grand Rapids; the route, "Michigan Services," is limited to Chicago, Grand Rapids, Pontiac, and Detroit. It is possible, however, to connect in Chicago from other Amtrak-serviced cities. For special travel arrangements, covering both air and ground transportation (with possible shuttle service), you may also contact the GNSI Summer Workshop Coordinator, Gail Guth, for suggestions and assistance.

The Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is located in southwest Michigan, just south of Grand Rapids and Hastings on M-37. Visit the PCCI website (www.cedarcreekinstitute.org/map-directions.htm) for further instructions. Gail will have maps in your information packet after you register, or you can contact her directly for copies.
