Registration and Fees Overview
Workshop fee is $250 for GNSI members and $275 for non-members (registration is open to non-members starting February 27, 2009). Registration forms are due by March 5, 2009, and must be accompanied by a $75 deposit. Balance of payment is due by March 12, 2009.

Workshop Policy
Application
All registration forms are due by March 5, 2009; the workshop is open to non-GNSI member participants starting February 27. Registrations must be accompanied by a $75 deposit. The workshop has room for 16 participants and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. If the workshop becomes full, immediate notice will be sent to registrants who desire to be wait-listed. All other registrants will be granted full refund. Information packets & registration invoices indicating remaining payment amounts will be e-mailed to those attending. Total tuition payment (workshop tuition minus any deposit amount) is due March 12, 2009.
Registration Cancellation and Refunds
If you are unable to attend and must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so your spot can be made available for someone else. Registrations canceled before March 12, 2009 will be eligible for a refund minus $25 processing fee. Registrations canceled after March 12, 2009 will be refunded minus the costs for meals and the $25 processing fee. Registrations canceled after March 19, 2009 cannot be refunded, unless in case of emergency situations (which are to be decided on case-by-case basis by the GNSI Educational Series Coordinator). No refunds will be given to registrants who choose to attend only part of the workshop.
Changes in and Updates to Schedule or Workshop Cancellation
Best efforts will be made to communicate to participants any changes or updates in the GNSI Educational Series schedule. When making travel arrangements it is recommended that participants keep in mind that changes in schedule may occur; GNSI is not responsible for any participant’s travel arrangement change fees incurred due to change in schedule, or cancellation of workshop due to low registration or unforeseen events.
Photography and Video Acknowledgment
All registrants agree that his/her activity and likeness may be filmed, videotaped, and/or photographed during the workshop sessions for GNSI publicity or for educational purposes. These films, tapes, and photographs will remain the property of GNSI.
Liability Waiver
All registrants must sign a liability waiver (part of workshop registration form). |
