Membership and Publications Ordering Form

Membership: Membership in the GNSI, Inc. is $85.00 per year or $160.00 for two (2) years.
For Canada and overseas it is $105.00 (U.S. funds) per year or $200.00 for two (2) years. ($85.00 per year plus $20.00 must be added to cover overseas airmail or equivalent)

New and renewal memberships: Please print out this entire form, filling in the appropriate information that you would like included in your listing in the next GNSI Directory of Members.

Changes or corrections to existing listings: Use this same form. If you wish to delete any information, draw a line through the appropriate term.

Deadlines: New memberships are certainly accepted at any time, but all memberships must be received by February 15th to be included in that year's Directory.

Publications: You don't have to be a member to purchase our publications, but it helps. Fill out that part of the form as necessary.

Payment: Make a copy of this completed form for your records, then send the original along with full payment as indicated at the bottom.
