Summer Grasses

Begin the day in the classroom with a brief overview of Schulenberg prairie grasses with Botany instructor, Rich Hyerczyk. We’ll then go for a brief walk to collect specimens. Return to the classroom and work with microscopes sketching your grasses. We’ll follow with lunch and a brief planning meeting. Please bring a dish to share, I have a refrigerator so don’t keep the potato salad at home!
